用法介紹：

Direction for use :
      MAN YU TONG NOSEBO has a  unique use. Not the current market generally used spray type.      《鼻敏寶之醫生應用要略》

1. 每一瓶鼻敏寶為一個療程約30日的用量。

2. 叮囑患者使用前務必要搖均溶液。

3. 初幾次使用，部分患者可能會出現較大反應（劇烈打噴嚏，流大量鼻涕），屬於正常反應，要之堅持使用。

4. 使用途中如症狀漸見大好轉或消失，不應停止或間斷使用，而應天天堅持使用，直至用完一瓶（約30日）為之一個療程。

5. 使用過程中，如出現療效回調或反復（時好時壞），亦為正常過程反應。應繼續堅持使用。

6. 使用過程中，如出現病狀在逐漸愈復的情況下突然急速變差（如出現嚴重鼻涕，鼻塞，噴嚏，請留意患者是否已患傷風感冒。

7. 如因傷風感冒所引起鼻疾症狀（如鼻涕，鼻塞，噴嚏），應配合醫治好傷風感冒。

8. 用完一個療程（一瓶），如症狀好轉，仍沒痊癒，應堅持第二，第三個療程…...直至痊癒。

9. 如有鼻息肉肥大嚴重者，在鼻涕，鼻塞，噴嚏全部症狀消失後，仍應繼續使用，使鼻息肉最大程度縮小。

10. 叮囑使用過程應盡量少吃生冷燥熱辛辣之品，及蝦蟹，貝殼類等海產。少煙酒，少熬夜，勤運動，少勞作，多休息。
